You have to notify us within 24 hours after receiving the Products from the delivery man

We assure you that all Products sold on dailyebuy.com are brand new. In case the Products you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, you can return it within 7 days and we will solve your problem within 6 days (Outside Dhaka 10 days), after receiving your notification. You can have Replacement or Refund.
Return can be occurred in two stages:
– At the time of delivery
– After receiving a delivery (Have to notify within 24 hours)
You can return the Products if:
– You received a defective Product
– You received a physically damaged Product
– You are unhappy with the Products quality
– The Product is different from description on the website
– Size or Fit issue
All items which can be resold are always eligible for return. Except the following
– Items that have been worn or washed
– Products which were sold as combos or in sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
– Products should not be used.
– Products must be in their original condition
– Items should be unused, unaltered, unsoiled Products with their original tags
– Item must be in the original packaging, in the original condition
– Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the Products as they can’t be resold. Except if the Products is damaged or not working from the start

– You need to check all non branded electronic Products when you receive the Products form delivery man (within 24 hour notification is not applicable for non – branded electronic Products).
The customer must ensure the item is packed and delivered securely. dailyebuy.com will not be held responsible if the goods get damaged on their return to dailyebuy.com office. Returns are easy, simply follow these steps
– With Order ID details and problem e-mail us at email@example.com within 24 hour
– We will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
– Please ensure that Products is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the Products.
Please note that you need to contact us within 24 hours after receiving a faulty or damaged Products, it is very necessary that you contact us via email and also you have to send us the Products within 7 days. We will bear the return delivery charge.
- The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return.
- Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
- Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
- If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order.
- If you pay us by bkash then your money will be bkashed in your desired account within 2-5 working days.
- For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective.
- If you pay us by using card then we will request a refund in bank which will take 7-10 working days.( credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)
- If online payment is made once more due to technical error, payment refund will be made.
- You will receive a refund anytime between 7-10 working days. If you donât receive refund within this time, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall investigate.

How do I know if my product has a warranty?
If a warranty is offered on a product, the warranty period will be displayed on the product page, to the right of the product image below “Delivery”.
If a product is sold by multiple vendors, the warranty period offered by each vendor will be displayed to the right of “Seller” in the “Sold by x more sellers” box below the product image.
Types of Warranties:
1.Brand Warranty: This limited warranty will apply to the products. For product defects under normal use circumstances and at the discretion of the company, Brand will provide free of charge repair and/or replacement services within the warranty period. Dailyebuy will not take any responsibility for the after-sale services.
2.Service warranty: Dailyebuy will take the responsibility to get the product serviced from the vendor or customer may visit the vendor directly as well with the invoice paper to claim the warranty. Please note if any part of the product needs to be replaced for repairing under this warranty policy, customer will have to pay for that part.
Violations against warranty, including but not limited to customer induced damage, such as self-repairs, broken display, bending, scratch, dent, burn, soaked or liquid damage, root or manual update, failure to comply with product manual, and so on.
